Mont Gibloux is a full fat semi-hard cheese made from fresh high quality milk from the Swiss Alps of western Switzerland according to an ancestral recipe. Matured for three to four months it possesses a rich flavor.
Mont Gibloux is available as wheel of 5kg and in portions of 200g.
