Description
In Steinmetz flours a large part of the outer pericarp is removed, which in contrast to conventional flours significantly reduces pollutant content and indigestible bitter agents while preserving the seed coat and vitamins.
Eymatt Flour Mill Steinmetz Flours are available in six sorts (super fine flour, fine flour, clear flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, five corn flour) in bags of 1kg, 5kg, 25kg and 50kg. Customized flours and packages upon request possible.
